As a former college athlete, I had the privilege of working with Daniel and can't recommend him and his team enough! He takes a very functional approach to strength training and tailors it to every individual and their needs. He is great at pushing past mental barriers, emphasizing the purpose of every single exercise, ensuring proper form and technique to maintain a challenging and safe environment, and promoting longevity and lifelong movement! His expertise also assisted my trajectory into pursuing a career in Physical Therapy.
After researching different personal trainers, I stumbled upon this place and met Dan. I knew I was going to sign up immediately. I loved the energy. I love the message that they have. But what really impressed me was when we started a session and I was found to have adhesive capsulitis. Not only do they offer personal training, but they also work on any mobility issues or pains that you may have. I work with Ben who is very knowledgeable and pushes me more than I can ever do for myself and he fixed my arm in just a few months! I’ve been there for five months now and I don’t think I can ever stop working with them. I can’t recommend this place enough!
I joined Summit Training because their mission is to improve mobility and health. I stayed because my trainer, Addison, is absolutely amazing! She tailors each work out to not only help me reach my overall goals, but also to address any issues I have that day. My workouts are not one-size fits all. They are truly designed for me and my needs. I have worked with other trainers at Summit when my schedule prevented me from being able to see Addison and they have all been fantastic. I highly recommend Summit Training and believe if they charged twice as much, it would still not exceed the value of care I receive.
