Dan is the owner and head trainer at Summit Training, dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and resilience. He holds a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and has a background in physical therapy, allowing him to take a comprehensive, results-driven approach to training. As a licensed strength and conditioning coach, he has worked with clients of all levels, from professional athletes to beginners.
Dan’s philosophy centers on hard work, goal setting, and long-term success, empowering clients to reach their full potential. He is passionate about creating programs that foster strength, mobility, and confidence, ensuring lasting results. Outside of training, Dan enjoys golfing, hiking, and fishing with his wife, Natalie, and their two children, Tatum and Nora.
Brandon is excited to join Summit Training as a Physical Therapist, specializing in rehabilitation, injury recovery, and performance optimization. He values collaborative care, working with trainers to help clients move better and heal faster. His expertise includes pain modulation, joint and soft tissue manipulation, and post-surgical rehab.
A licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist, Brandon earned his Exercise Science degree at GVSU, where he played soccer, and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Pacific University (Portland, OR). He completed an Orthopedic Residency at HSS in New York, NY, later becoming a board-certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS). He focuses on sports injuries, spine and joint manipulation, and post-surgical rehab. Outside the clinic, he enjoys golfing, running marathons, and staying active with his two young sons.
Liz is a dedicated personal trainer committed to helping clients build strength, confidence, and a positive relationship with fitness. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University and has been coaching clients since 2017, focusing on personalized training programs that promote overall well-being.
She believes fitness goes beyond physical strength—it’s about fostering a healthy mindset, self-assurance, and long-term wellness. Liz takes a holistic approach, guiding clients to feel strong, confident, and energized in their daily lives. Outside of training, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and traveling to explore new places. A cat lover at heart, Liz brings her adventurous spirit into everything she does, both in and out of the gym.

With six years of coaching competitive gymnastics, Addison specializes in technique, strength progression, and perseverance.
